The ark of Noah is a good symbol of the posture we must adopt as the waters of revival start to rise around us. Spot the ark had no oars, no rudder, no sail and certainly no engine! Noah and his folks were 'sealed in' with 'Noah' control over the ark. The 'ark of safety' rose as the waters of annihilation rose. God and God alone brought the rain, God and God alone split up the fountains of the great deep and only God could sustain them through the turbulent flood! The waters of blessing that lifted the ark were waters of annihilation to the ungodly.
There'll be only one! It is going to be judgement to the unready yet salvation to God's chosen. Noah faithfully built the boat in preparation, but he could not make it rain! You and I have any control over the rising waters. We are able to only hang on and enjoy the ride.
